Payment Policy :

- Only pay 50% the total amount per reservation for deposit when you book directly with us.

Check-in/out Policy :
- Check in: from 14:00hrs
- Check out : 12:00hrs
- Early check-in : subject to room availability.

Late check-out policy :
- Late check-out is subject to room availability
- 14:00hrs to 18:00hrs check-out: 50% room rate surcharge
- After 18:00hrs check-out: 100% room rate surcharge

Children Policy :
- All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
- One older child or adult is charged 500.000VND per person per night in an extra bed.

Cancellation/Amendment Policy : This policy defines how to handle cancellations:
- If cancellation/amendment is made 02 days prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged and the deposit is refundable. 
- If cancellation/amendment is made less than 02 days of your arrival or in case of no-show, the deposit is NOT refundable.
